WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

- We take every precaution to ensure that your betta fish arrives in excellent condition. If, upon opening the package, you discover an injured or deceased fish, please notify us immediately.
- For transparency and quality assurance, we recommend filming the unboxing process in case of dead-on-arrival situations. This will facilitate the process of refund, replacement, or return.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

- Betta fish orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days. Please ensure that you're available to receive the delivery during this time.
